10eme festival National du Film Belge (literally translates to "10th National Belgian Film Festival"), the 1974 Belgian film festival which was held in Brussels from October 10th to the 19th. Also featured was the 1st Belgian Film Walk. If anyone knows more about this festival, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
