eMoviePoster.comAuction History Result DAY-TIME WIFE 24sh Appears in Hershenson Pressbook CollectionThe image at right is provided for reference purposes and we do not we have it available for purchase, nor do we know of anyone who does! Day-Time Wife, the 1939 Gregory Ratoff romantic love triangle melodrama ("Like a woman, Linda's wondering if like a man, Tyrone's wandering ... and like most women, she's right!"; "What have secretaries got that wives haven't?"; "Linda looks lovely in Tyrone's arms... But how about the other girl...?"; "But there's something about a secretary!!"; about a wife that takes a secretary job because her husband has been ignoring her while attending to his own secretary) starring Tyrone Power Jr. ("...a swell guy!"), Linda Darnell ("...his grand wife!"), Warren William, Binnie Barnes, Wendy Barrie, and Joan Davis. Note that when Linda Darnell had the lead opposite Tyrone Power Jr. in this movie, she was only 16 (and was only 15 when it was being filmed), likely making her the youngest leading lady ever in Hollywood (something not to be proud of!). Click on her name to read the story of how she became a star so young. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
