News Photo (Learn More) Shall We Dance, the classic 1937 Mark Sandrich romantic dancing musical comedy ("Control yourself! ...they're coming on skates!"; "Music by George Gershwin"; "Lyrics by Ira Gershwin"; about a male ballet dancer and a female musical comedy star who have a pretend romance in order to gain publicity, but of course, they fall in love for real!) starring Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers, Edward Everett Horton, Eric Blore, Jerome Cowan, Ketti Gallian, William Brisbane, Harriet Hoctor, and Mantan Moreland. Note that this is the Astaire & Rogers movie where they dance together on roller skates! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that there is a stamp on the back of the still (from the newspaper that distributed it). Also note that this still measures 7" x 9 1/4", but it does not appear to be trimmed. Note that there is a paper snipe glued on the back of the still that describes the scene on the front. Condition: good to very good. The still is rippled in the bottom center (from the glue from the snipe on the back) and there is slight paper residue in the right of the bottom border of the front of the still.
