(Learn More) the 1974 double-bill release of Frankenstein and the Monster From Hell, the 1974 Terence Fisher English Hammer monster horror thriller ("His brain came from a genius. His body came from a killer. His soul came from hell!"; "Your blood will run cold when the monster rises.") starring Peter Cushing (as Baron Victor Frankenstein), Shane Briant, Madeline Smith, Bernard Lee, and David Prowse (as the Frankenstein monster!) AND Captain Kronos: Vampire Hunter, the 1974 Brian Clemens English Hammer horror adventure thriller ("The only man alive feared by the walking dead.") starring Horst Janson, John Carson (NOT "Johnny Carson", the U.S. TV star, but an English actor who was doubly cursed!; he started acting long before Johnny Carson's career took off, but he was undoubtably confused with him throughout the latter part of his career, and his voice sounded exactly the same as James Mason's, so he had that to deal with as well!; nevertheless, he made 122 movies, including many for Hammer Studios), Ian Hendry, Caroline Munro, Shane Briant, and John Cater NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that when Paramount sent this presskit, they not only included the presskit, but they also sent an original pressbook, and included with the presskit and the pressbook is the original Paramount envelope that they were mailed in (not pictured). Also note that we have taken a picture of the cover of the presskit and eight of the stills (less than eight if the presskit has less than eight stills, of course). We have noted if the presskit contains any supplements, but we do not picture them. All of the presskits are sealed and ready to be sent, and we cannot answer any questions about the contents, especially about what any stills we may have not pictured show. REMEMBER TO LOOK AT THE TOP OF THIS AUCTION TO SEE HOW MANY STILLS ARE INCLUDED WITH THIS PRESSKIT, BECAUSE WE NEVER PICTURE MORE THAN EIGHT OF THEM (and we pretty much picked eight stills at random). Condition: very good. Many of the presskits we are auctioning this week were carefully stored away for many years, and the stills are in really excellent condition.
