An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Title Lobby Card (LC TC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More)

Merton of the Movies, the 1924 James Cruze Los Angeles Hollywood California silent movie-making acting romantic comedy ("From a story by Harry Leon Wilson and the play by George S. Kaufman and Marc Connelly"; a familiar plot of a no-talent who ends up a Hollywood star by accident!) starring Glenn Hunter (in the title role as Merton Gill), Viola Dana, Charles Sellon, Sadie Gordon, and Gale Henry. Note that this is a "lost" film, which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist.

Important Added Info: Note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has.

Condition: very good. The entire card has darkened except for the left and right 1", and slightly less in the top 1/2" (it was likely displayed in a frame). Otherwise, the card is in nice condition. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
