An Unfolded French Advertising Poster (measures 23 1/2" x 31 1/2" [60 x 80 cm]) (Learn More)

Soufre Gre Bordeaux, the 1933 French advertising poster. Some online references say that this poster is promoting the sulfur-rich soil of the Bordeaux region. However, a knowledgeable collector tells us that it is advertising an anti-fungal agricultural supplement to help grow healthy grapes! This poster features cool art of a cluster of presumably fungus-free grapes by Leon Dupin.

Condition: good to very good. The poster has a few creases and tears of varying lengths at upper right and there is a diagonal crease at lower right. Despite these blank border defects the poster art is in pretty nice condition!
