An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked Italian One-Panel (known in Italy as a "2 Fogli") Movie Poster (1p; measures 39" x 55") (Learn More)

the international theatrical release of One of Our Spies is Missing, the 1966 E. Darrell Hallenbeck action adventure spy espionage comedy thriller (adapted from two episodes of the TV series "The Man from U.N.C.L.E.") starring Robert Vaughn ("as Napoleon Solo"), David McCallum ("as Illya Kuryakin"), Vera Miles, Maurice Evans, and Leo G. Carroll. Note that this TV series (inspired by the super popular James Bond movies) was one of the most successful ever in the history of TV, and it was SO successful that a feature film was made from the pilot episode and distributed internationally in movie theaters, and that movie did so well that an amazing seven more similar movies (compiled from different episodes) were released internationally as well!

Condition: very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and darkening and slight wear on some foldlines, and in parts of the edges of the borders. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer linenbacked the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above, but they are really not at all distracting (and any restorer could easily touch them up without re-backing the poster).
