An Original Vintage Music Concert Souvenir Program Book (measures 9" x 12" [23 x 30 cm]; 26 pages) (Learn More) The Biggest Show of Stars for '57, the magazine advertising the black African American rock 'n' roll (rock and roll) performers who appeared at this show. We don't know if this magazine was purchased at the show or if it was also sold elsewhere. It is really a "who's who" of all the greatest black soul and rock 'n' roll (rock and roll) performers of the 1950s, including Chuck Berry, Fats Domino, The Moonglows, La Verne Baker, Clyde McPhatter, and many others! There are illustrated biographies of all these stars. The centerfold has images of them and it says "PROGRAM", and then lists the acts with an intermission in between, and "Program subject to change without notice" at the bottom, so it sure seems like a regular program book to us!
