Leonard pre-World War I (WWI) spy espionage romantic love triangle comedy starring William Powell, Luise Rainer ("Hollywood's New Screen Sensation"), Frank Morgan, Reginald Owen, Mady Christians, Virginia Bruce, and Mathilde Comont. Note that the year following this movie, Luise Rainer, who was called the "new screen sensation" in this movie, would win the Best Actress Oscar, and she repeated again in 1937, but then she retired after her last film in 1938! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: The slide does not have a cardboard holder, but rather there is black tape around all four edges (front and back), typical of older glass slides. When we auction slides that have a cardboard holder, we provide a separate image of how the cardboard holder looks, but when we auction slides with the black tape (like this one) we only provide the scan of the glass slide image, because that really is about all there is to see. Condition: very good to fine. The theater that used this slide wrote the days the movie was playing in the play dates section at the bottom of the glass. The slide does not have a cardboard holder, but rather there is black tape around all four edges (front and back), typical of older glass slides. The slide is in nice condition!
