She was the daughter of actor John Barrymore, and like her father, she had great problems with alcohol, as well as drugs. Some of her movies include: Ladies Courageous, Eagle Squadron, and Nightmare. She passed away in 1960 at the age of 38. A movie about her life "Too Much, Too Soon" was made in 1958, starring Dorothy Malone as Diana, and Errol Flynn as John Barrymore. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Diana Barrymore! Our consignor is a longtime dealer who acquired this signed item among many other purchases in his inventory, and he does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we believe the signature to likely be authentic. Also note that this still measures 10 3/4" x 13 3/4" [27 x 35 cm], but it has not been trimmed. Finally, note that this is a deluxe still printed on double weight paper stock. Condition: fair. The photo appears to be in nice condition, but it has developed a strong vinegar smell, which is something that happens to some old photos. It can likely be "aired out", but please do not bid unless you can accept this significant defect. Learn More about condition grades
