Somerset Maugham's masterpiece of human desire"; based on the novel by W. Somerset Maugham; there was an earlier excellent version of this movie featuring Bette Davis and Leslie Howard) starring Kim Novak, Laurence Harvey, Robert Morley, Siobhan McKenna, Roger Livesey, Jack Hedley, and Nanette Newman NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: very good. There is part of a Dutch program glued to the back of the still, but it has no effect on the front. There is a faint horizontal scuff running across the top 1 1/2" of the still, running through Novak's hair (it is mostly noticeable when the still is tilted to the light).
