It came from the personal collection of Howard Brandy, who was a Hollywood press agent for many years. He was one of the few people "in the business" who collected movie posters, and when he had a chance to meet a famous person who had starred in a poster he owned, he would ask them to autograph that poster. This autograph was obtained in person from Miss Stanwyck by Howard Brandy. His collection was auctioned by eMoviePoster.com in 2003, and the person who purchased this poster at that auction has re-consigned it now! What IS linenbacking?
