Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and some extra creases just above the horizontal foldlines and an extra vertical fold just to the left of the regular vertical foldline. There were some faint smudges and tiny stains scattered in the poster. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but it has had a fair amount of paint restoration in the solid colored areas, and has somewhat of a "restored" look (but it displays pretty nicely!). Note that the restorer left a tiny bit of excess linen around all four sides of the poster (they left a small border in order to protect the poster from handling damage, but they did not leave a larger border, to allow it to more easily fit in a frame).
