Horne & Ray Taylor masked superhero crime action serial ("Based upon 'The Spider' Magazine Stories"; "A Columbia Chapter Play"; "Waging war without mercy against a satanic killer!"; the character "The Spider" in 1930s pulp magazines was similar to Doc Savage, in that the lead character had a band of very interesting followers, who, with him, traveled the world battling evildoers, and this movie stayed pretty faithful to the source material) starring Warren Hull (in the title role as "The Spider"), Iris Meredith, Richard Fiske, Kenne Duncan, and Forbes Murray NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this one-sheet was printed in the United States for use at theaters with Spanish speaking audiences (this was done most by MGM, starting in the 1930s, but it was done by the other major studios as well, and often the posters would have the exact same image as the English language poster, except the writing would be in Spanish, and often there would be an added "Toda en Espanol!", meaning "Entirely in Spanish!", printed within the image). Condition: good. There are brown stains on the back of the poster that slightly bleed through to the front throughout. Learn More about condition grades
