Important Added Info: Note that this is a very rare daybill, which we have never auctioned before. One was recently auctioned from another auction, and it reportedly sold for $5,497! Also note that this poster has full-bleed borders on the left and right and has NOT been trimmed. This was done by RKO with their daybills in the 1940s and early 1950s. Advanced Australian collectors tell us that this is how all the daybills of this title were created. Please do not bid on this daybill thinking that it has been trimmed as it certainly was not. Condition: very good. The poster was tri-folded as daybills normally are, and then someone decided to fold it across the center, and fold it again (as U.S. inserts are), so the poster now has seven horizontal folds. But otherwise, the poster is in pretty nice condition and has slight darkening in the top blank area, with very minor fold and border wear, and a few faint creases scattered throughout. The poster can be displayed as it is, or it could be backed, but either way, the new owner will have a wonderful poster to display on their wall! Learn More about condition grades
