If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this window card has been trimmed and it now measures 12 1/2" x 16 1/4" [32 x 41 cm]. Also note that this window card was never folded. Often window cards would be folded across the middle, because that would make them 11" x 14", and they could then be sent with standard folded posters. Most collectors put an added value on a window card that has never been folded. Condition: good. The card was found in the back of a frame where it had been used as a backing board for a picture (many framers in the 1930s would use window cards for this purpose, and they would trim them to the size of the frame, not caring that they were cutting into the image!). In this case, the trimming, which was to 12 1/2" x 16 1/4", it only slightly affects the edges of the card, and you can see what is missing by looking at our image. Since it is mostly only some border areas and the very top of the title that are affected, I would think many people could display this card as is (or have a restorer repair the card and replace the missing areas), but please do not bid on this poster unless you can accept its defects described above or are willing to pay to have them properly restored. In addition to the trimming, there are some small tears and paper loss around the edges, more so in the corners (and someone put tape on the back of parts of the borders).
