Important Added Info: Note that this script is the revised shooting script from October 17, 1949 and the screenplay was written by Irwin Gielgud & William Bowers. Also note that the script has the working title "Shoplifter", but the movie ultimately was called "I Was a Shoplifter". Also note that there are a multitude of different colored revision pages from many different dates from between 10/24/49 and 10/27/49 (apparently this script was revised over and over, which must have driven the actors crazy!)
