Collins (billed as "Lew Collins") seafaring crime melodrama ("An original story by Ethel Hill"; a wacky story of an Shanghai-like island where there are no laws and anything goes, and a beautiful socialite ends up there because she has apparently murdered a man, and she must fend off the unwanted attentions of the worst man on the island!) starring Dorothy Sebastian, Fred Kohler, Leon Ames (billed as "Leon Waycoff"), Gertrude Astor, Maurice Black, James Flavin, and Jason Robards Sr.
