An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) The Arizona Kid, the 1939 Joseph Kane singing cowboy western starring Roy Rogers, George 'Gabby' Hayes, Sally March, Stuart Hamblen, Dorothy Sebastian, and Trigger (uncredited). Note that Roy Rogers first appeared under that name in 1938 in Under Western Stars, and he was an immediate giant hit, and he made many movies over the next couple of years, and this one has one of the best images of Roy of any of the 1930s movies he appeared in! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: very good. There is a 10" diagonal crease in the upper left of the poster that looks like it occurred when the poster was printed. It runs through the edge of Rogers' hat. There is tiny paper loss at the top two crossfolds. The poster was lightly folded in half an extra time at a slight diagonal. There were two small areas of separation in the top quarter of the vertical fold and a few tears in the right of the top blank border, and someone put small pieces of clear tape on the back of those, and also a piece of clear tape on the back of each crossfold. There is also a piece of clear tape on the back of the left and right ends of the top horizontal fold where there was slight separation. There are a few light creases scattered throughout the poster. Other than the above, the poster is in pretty nice condition. It could be displayed just as it is, or it would be a very basic linenbacking job, and afterwards, it would look incredible!
