Important Added Info: Note that a very knowledgeable collector suggests that this card may be from the first release, and that there may be two different first release lobby sets because the two sets were created by two different poster distributors. This makes sense because the studio, Continental, sent the graphics materials to the distributors and each distributor would make their own layout of the cards. As we compare the card we are selling here to one we sold in the past, the only real differences are that the colors are a bit different and the title art has a different position and color. In addition, we have seen duotone cards for this title that are 100% reissue cards, and it seems unlikely that they would also print full-color reissue cards for this film. So, please only bid on this card if you can live with the uncertainty of whether or not it is from the first release or from a 1940s re-release (but we lean very heavily towards it being from the first 1940 release). Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: very good.
