An Original Vintage 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Television Still (Learn More) My Three Sons, the 1960 - 1972 television (TV) family relationship comedy series starring Fred MacMurray (as Steve Douglas), Stanley Livingston (as Chip Douglas), Don Grady (as Robbie Douglas), William Demarest (as Uncle Charley O'Casey), Barry Livingston (as Ernie Thompson Douglas), William Frawley (as Michael Francis 'Bub' O'Casey), Tim Considine (as Mike Douglas), Tina Cole (as Katie Miller Douglas), Beverly Garland (as Barbara Harper Douglas), and Dawn Lyn (as Dodie Harper Douglas). Note that this show underwent some significant cast changes during its very popular run. In 1965, William Frawley passed away, and Tim Considine chose to leave the show at the end of that season. That might have ended the show, except the producers brought in William Demarest to play Frawley's brother, and they brought in Barry Livingston (Stanley Livingston's real life younger brother) to be adopted by the family, so that they would once again have three sons after Considine left. The show had also added Tina Cole as Katie Miller, Don Grady's girlfriend, in 1964, and they married on the show and she became Katie Miller Douglas. In 1969, Beverly Garland was added to the cast, and she married Steve Douglas, becoming Barbara Harper Douglas, and her daughter joined the family, played by Dawn Lyn, as Dodie Harper Douglas. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this still is from the first showing of the an episode of "My Three Sons". We know that for certain because it has a date printed on the snipe on the back (we know it dates to 1962 because it says "Thursday, September 20", which correlates to 1962, and Tim Considine was only on the show from 1960 to 1965, and that date does not match any of the other years he was on the show). It is very hard to find stills from 1950s or 1960s TV episodes that are absolutely from the first release, and are surely not from a 1960s or 1970s re-broadcast. Also note that this TV still measures 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm]. Condition: very good. Learn More about condition grades
