The poster had paper loss at some crossfolds and some creases, tears, and paper loss on parts of many folds. It also had some creases, scuffs, tears, and small paper loss scattered in non-fold areas and some tears and small paper loss around the edges. Overall, the poster was in fair to good condition prior to linenbacking. After the poster was backed, it was lightly roughly handled, and it acquired tears and small paper loss in the very top of the image at right, extending into the background.
