An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41") (Learn More)

What's Your Racket?, the 1934 Fred Guiol gang war crime melodrama ("An expose of modern rackets!"; pretending to be some sort of "expose" of "modern rackets", it actually was a formula gangster movie with a female criminal torn between a bad gangster and a good cop, but actually, she wasn't a criminal at all, just a girl trying to help her father who was framed for a robbery he didn't commit) starring Regis Toomey, Noel Francis, J. Carrol Naish, Creighton Hale, Fred Malatesta, May Wallace, Lew Kelly, and David Callis

Condition: good. The poster had many tears in the top left, just above the left half of the top foldline, extending into the cop's chin, and the red background to the right and down to the edge of the title below. There were some small tears and surface paper loss along the other foldlines, and some pinholes and smudges in the borders. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was not that well backed, and you can see signs of the tears in the upper left. Note that the restorer who mounted the poster did not leave any excess linen around the edges of the poster.
