An Original 1974 Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) Flesh for Frankenstein (released in the U.S. in 1974 as "Andy Warhol's Frankenstein"), the 1973 Paul Morrissey French/Italian/U.S. 3-D (3D; 3-Dimension) monster horror thriller ("We dare you to see Andy Warhol's Flesh for Frankenstein"; "Prepare yourself for the most gruesome epic ever unleashed!"; very loosely based on the classic characters by Mary Shelley) starring Joe Dallesandro, Monique Van Vooren, Udo Kier (in the title role as Baron Frankenstein), Arno Juerging (billed as "introducing Arno Juerging"), Dalila Di Lazzaro (as the female monster), Srdjan Zelenovic (as the male monster), and Marco Liofredi NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Larry Lurin Important Added Info: Note that when this movie was first released in 1974, it was released by Bryanston Pictures in both a 3-D and a 2-D version, with the only difference between the two one-sheets being that there is a 3-D logo by the rating (there is also an international 3-D version with a different 3-D logo and no rating). In the 1980s, it was re-released by Landmark Films, but solely in 3-D, and with a completely different image of the monster coming out over the audience. Condition: very good. The poster was partially, lightly folded in half an extra time resulting in a light vertical foldline at left and right.
