King Rat, the classic 1965 Bryan Forbes Singapore World War II (WWII) military prisoner of war (POW) thriller ("They made the toughest among them...king!"; "Based on the best-selling novel by James Clavell"; "Changi Camp, Singapore, where they made the toughest among them King!"; "5,000 men at Changi prison... but only one could be KING OF THE PACK...!"; "Written for the screen and directed by Bryan Forbes"; about a Japanese prisoner of war camp on a Singapore island, filled with English and American prisoners, and about the American corporal who runs the entire camp, because he has a huge black market system set up, and he bribes both the guards and the officers; his life is perfect, but then the war ends and the camp is free) starring George Segal (in the title role as Corporal King), Tom Courtenay, James Fox, Denholm Elliott, Todd Armstrong, Patrick O'Neal, James Donald, and John Mills

Condition: very good. There are creases and smudges around the edges of the poster and in the background areas. There are a few tiny tears in the borders and one has tape on it. The right border was folded back at one time.. Note that this poster has never been folded! Most half-sheet posters were folded twice (once horizontally and once vertically) right off of the printing press. It is very difficult to find an unfolded copy of most half-sheets, especially from before 1970!
