Barton monster horror spoof comedy ("It's a grand New idea for Fun!"; the eighth Universal Frankenstein movie, and this time they added their #1 comedy team to both liven up the series, and to inject comedy; many people fondly remember this as their favorite of the 1940s Frankenstein movies!; "Jeepers! The Creepers are after Bud and Lou!"; "The laughs are MONSTERous! Bud and Lou are in a stew when they tangle with the Titans of Terror!"; "The monsters of menace vs the masters of Mirth!") starring Bud Abbott, Lou Costello (Abbott and Costello), Lon Chaney Jr. ("The Wolf Man played by Lon Chaney"), Bela Lugosi (returning as Dracula after being long absent from the role; "Dracula played by Bela Lugosi"), Glenn Strange (in the title role, playing the Frankenstein monster; "The Monster played by Glenn Strange"), Lenore Aubert, Jane Randolph, Frank Ferguson, Charles Bradstreet, and Vincent Price (in a cute cameo, as the voice of The Invisible Man at the end of the movie!) Also note that this pressbook is complete and uncut! Given that theater owners purchased pressbooks partly in order to create their newspaper advertising, and quite frequently cut them up for that purpose, it is rare to find a pressbook that IS complete and uncut! Condition: good, NO CUTS. There is paper loss and separation along the spine of the pressbook and there are several small tears around the edges of the cover and interior pages.
