If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare poster. We have only auctioned one in all our years of auctioning and that was in 2012 (and that poster has been reconsigned to us for this auction!). Note also that the film distributor "Astor Pictures" primarily distributed re-releases of major studios in the late 1940s and 1950s, but they DID produce a few of their own movies, including this one. This is the first release of this movie, and it NOT a re-release! Also note that this insert is printed on a thin paper stock (similar to that of a one-sheet). This is something that some, usually low-budget, studios did for a short while at this time. Note finally that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: good to very good. The poster has a tear at upper right and some its of surface paper loss along a few inches of the upper left edge (see our image). It has masking tape on back of the upper and lower edge, and at center right and left, and those pieces slightly bleed through to the front. It is otherwise in generally nice condition and after paperbacking it would display well, but see our super-sized image to get a good sense of the condition of this item prior to placing a bid.
