Artist: Angelo Cesselon Important Added Info: Note that Anthony Quinn first made movies in the U.S. in 1936, but because of his "ethnic look", was typecast in roles as Native Americans, Latins, villains, etc. In 1952, he won a Best Supporting Oscar for his part as a Mexican in Viva Zapata, but he longed for better leading roles, and he moved to Italy where he lived for a decade. In 1954, he starred in La Strada, which made him an international star. After that movie's release, the distributor of this movie, in which Quinn had played a minor role the year before, re-released the movie giving Anthony Quinn top billing, and showing solely an image of him, when he wasn't even one of the four principal leads!
