Romance! ...as reckless as love itself! Adventure! ...pounding to the beat of your heart!"; "Original story collaboration by John S. Toldy"; about the French resistance to German occupation; this movie was made just prior to the U.S. involvement in World War II) starring Elizabeth Bergner, Randolph Scott, Basil Rathbone, Gale Sondergaard, Eduardo Ciannelli (billed as "Edward Ciannelli"), Lee J. Cobb (quite early in his career, but two years after his initial success in "Golden Boy"), and Charles Arnt

Important Added Info: Note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline).

Condition: fair. There are some scattered dots of image loss and larger image loss in the lower right (see our image).
