Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned two examples of this poster, and only one in the last 13 years! What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster had tears and areas of paper loss scattered down the middle vertical fold, with some paper loss in the top horizontal fold and a little bit on some other folds. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above.
