Gordon giant grasshopper insect science fiction (sci-fi) fantasy thriller ("New Thrills! New Shocks! New Terror!"; "Filmed In New HorrorScope!"; "'We may have to use the "A" bomb to destroy the giants!'") starring Peter Graves, Peggie Castle, Morris Ankrum, Thomas B. Henry, Than Wyenn, James Seay, Patricia Dean (not credited, but she is pictured prominently on many of the posters for this movie!), and Frank Wilcox NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: This pressbook has either ads cut out or missing pages or both. Above we noted exactly how many cut ads or missing pages there are, whether or not they affect the poster page, and any other significant defects the pressbook has. Other than the defects noted, the pressbook is likely in very good condition. But please do not bid on this pressbook unless you can accept that it has ad cuts or missing pages. Also note that this pressbook originally had a die-cut "grasshopper" that could be punched out of the front cover. The die-cut was removed at some time, but this pressbook contains two color photocopies of the "grasshopper" that has been lost from the front cover. Note that they explain on the front cover that theater owners were supposed to remove the die-cut, Also note that when studios would prepare pressbooks they would often include a sample of the herald. Most often, the herald is no longer still with the pressbook. Sometimes, the herald by itself will sell for almost as much as the rest of the entire pressbook! This pressbook contains the original herald that was included with it, and it is pictured next to the and use the balance of the cover as a stencil for stenciling grasshoppers on "sidewalks, street intersections, etc."! Condition: good to very good. the die-cut portion of the cover has been lost . Otherwise, the pressbook is in somewhat lesser condition due to scuffs and small paper loss on the back cover.
