Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Jumbo Lobby Card (measures 14" x 17") (Learn More) The Air Circus, the 1928 Howard Hawks & Lewis Seiler (billed as "Lew Seiler") romantic love triangle airplane aviation pilot action adventure thriller ("Young America flies to conquer"; "Story by Graham Baker and Andrew Bennison"; about two flight school cadets who vie for the affections of a beautiful girl, who turns out to be a champion pilot!; there is a spectacular scene where Rollins rescues Carol and Lake from a disabled plane in mid-air) starring Sue Carol, Louise Dresser, David Rollins, Arthur Lake, and Heinie Conklin. Note that this was director Howard Hawks' first airplane movie; it was thought lost for many years, but a silent version was found in the 1970s (although it was originally a partial talkie, the talking sequences are still lost).
