An Original Vintage Theatrical Paperbacked Swedish Movie Poster (measures 20 1/2" x 25") (Learn More) Ingmar Bergman's Jungfrukallan (released in the U.S. as "The Virgin Spring"), the classic 1960 Ingmar Bergman Swedish brutal-rape-and-murder-followed-by-revenge-by-father melodrama ("Ravished innocence... brings terrible revenge!"; winner of the Academy Award & Golden Globe for Best Foreign Language Film) starring Max von Sydow, Birgitta Valberg, Gunnel Lindblom, Birgitta Pettersson, Axel Duberg, and Tor Isedal. Note that in 1972, this movie was remade (minus all the artistry, but with added brutality) as "The Last House on the Left". NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Also note that this is a rare "country of origin" poster for this classic Swedish movie! This Swedish poster measures 20 1/2" x 25". Condition: fine. The poster was folded twice, and there are minor creases along the folds. There were a very few minor border defects.
