Art Students' Ball biggest, most daring ever filmed. Screen's most spectacular musical!"; "Story and Screen Play by Alan Jay Lerner"; "Lyrics by Ira Gershwin"; winner of the Best Picture Academy Award) starring Gene Kelly (in the title role), Leslie Caron (billed as "and introducing Leslie Caron"), Oscar Levant, Georges Guetary, and Nina Foch

Condition: good. The poster was folded in half an extra time resulting in a light vertical foldline at left and right. There is a very large vertical tear running along the upper left edge of the poster (see our image) and that is backed with brown tape (which can be seen in an area of paper loss at upper left). It has some creases, smudges and scuffs scattered in various areas and some pinholes around the edges (some are torn or enlarged due to rough removal). There are a few tiny stains to the left of Kelly's face at lower left. After proper restoration the poster will display well, but bear in mind the poster's condition and the cost of restoration before bidding on it.
