Whistling in the Dark, the 1933 Elliot Nugent romantic crime detective comedy ("'I can't think of a single way to commit murder!'"; "It'll raise goose-pimples on your funny-bone!"; "Based upon the play by Laurence Gross & Edward Childs Carpenter"; "Presented on the stage by Alexander McKaig"; a clever story of gangsters who kidnap a mystery writer and his girlfriend, and all they want is for the mystery writer to come up with a "perfect crime" that they can then use to get rich!) starring Ernest Truex, Una Merkel, John Miljan, Johnny Hines, and Edward Arnold. Note that this movie was remade in 1941 starring Red Skelton.

Condition: good. There are pinholes, smudges, and stains around the edges, with just a few within the image. Note that this card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
