Important Added Info: Note that we would think this was surely the personal copy of cast member Alan Kass, because included with the program is a telegram that was sent to him saying "Best wishes tonight" and "Always with love", and it is dated July 11, 1966. Also note that the program has an artist's signature on it, but we cannot make it out in the slightest. If anyone knows the name of this artist, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Also note that we have pictured the front cover and an interior 2-page spread from this program.
