An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded German "A1" Movie Poster (measures 23" x 33" [58 x 84 cm]) (Learn More)

Sieben Jahre Gluck (literally translates to "Seven Years Luck"), the 1942 Ernst Marischka German romantic comedy sequel starring Theo Lingen, Hans Moser, Wolf Albach-Retty, Hannelore Schroth, and Elli Parvo. It appears this movie was never released in the U.S. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
Artist: Georg Tscherrpoff
Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare poster. We have never auctioned one in all our years of auctioning! Note also that this is a "country of origin" poster for this German movie! There are very few German movie posters from before World War II in existence (because of the massive paper shortages in Germany during World War II), and most of those few are in museums.

Condition: good. The poster has creases, defects, areas of paper loss and tears of varying lengths along parts of some edges with some discoloration at lower left. Many of the tears or other defects as described above have been repaired with several pieces of tape from the back. After proper restoration the poster will display well, but bear in mind the poster's condition and the cost of restoration before bidding on it.
