The Smothers Brothers are a comedy duo consisting of Tom Smothers and Dick Smothers. The duo released many successful comedy record albums of their stage performances and starred in various television (TV) series. Some of their shows include: The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour (which contained much political content and was memorably canceled by CBS for being TOO political), The Smothers Brothers Show, and Fitz & Bones. As of 2024, Dick is still alive at the age of 85, while Tom passed away in 2023 at the age of 86.
