In the 1890s, the company entered the steamship business with a line of freighters running from New York to the South American west coast via the Strait of Magellan. In 1969 Grace decided to exit the shipping business to concentrate on its chemical and diversification ventures. Artist: Carl G. Evers Condition: very good.
