3 Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Cards (LCs; measure 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More)

The Perfect Sap, the 1927 Howard Higgin silent haunted house detective mystery romantic comedy ("Adapted from the play Not Herbert by Howard Irving Young"; about a nerdy would-be detective at a costume party where crooks are hiding, and they try to convince him the house is haunted) starring Ben Lyon, Pauline Starke, Virginia Lee Corbin, Lloyd Whitlock, Diana Kane, and Byron Douglas. Note that IMDB and other resources do not credit Starke, but she is 2nd billed on the title card and the film's wiki page has her role in the film as Polly Stoddard. Also, note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist.
NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
Important Added Info: Note that ANY movie paper items from this movie are incredibly rare. We have only previously auctioned one title lobby card, three different scene lobby cards, and a few stills from this movie (and NO other movie paper of any kind) until we received this group of scene cards!

Condition: fair to good. All three cards have pinholes, smudges and stains around the edges. Two of the cards have stains within the image, with the close-up romantic card having substantial stains in the middle.
