When this spook-chasing guy and mystery-meddling mule get trapped in a simply Killing mess!"; "The whole joint's jumpin' with ghostly glee...and it's every ghost for himself!"; "A ha-ha haunted house has got 'em!"; "Based on the character 'Francis' created by David Stern"; "Story and Screenplay by Herbert Margolis and William Raynor") starring Mickey Rooney (billed as "That talking mule's hilarious new side-kick! Mickey Rooney"), Virginia Welles, Paul Cavanagh, David Janssen, Richard Deacon, and "Francis the Talking Mule" (Chill Wills provided the voice for Francis)

Condition: good. 8" tear at upper center extending into Rooney's image as well as several 2" and smaller tears at upper left extending into the "F" in the title (repaired with brown tape from the back)
