La Mies Es Mucha (literally translates to "The Harvest is Plentiful"), the 1949 Jose Luis Saenz de Heredia Spanish religious missionary-in-India melodrama (about a Catholic missionary who is sent to India, and he battles local superstition in trying to bring Christianity to the natives, and there is a Protestant minister who is trying to do the same) starring Fernando Fernan Gomez, Sara Montiel, Enrique Guitart, Rafael Romero Marchent, and Antonio Almoros. Note that this movie enjoyed success upon its first release, but it was likely more due to the presence of sexy Sara Montiel than the religious subject matter!. It appears this movie was never released in the U.S. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
