Important Added Info: Note that this script is the revised draft from October 4, 1969 and the screenplay was written by Andrew J. Fenady. Usually, when scripts had revision pages, they would hire someone to open up all the scripts and add in the revised pages, but in the case of this script, the revision pages are loose in the front of the script (paper clipped together, likely because there are lots of them!). There is one group of blue revision pages from 9/12/69 and a smaller group of peach revision pages from 11/3/69. There is also a stapled group of light green revision pages from 6/25/69.
