The poster had creases and a few tiny areas of paper loss in the top horizontal fold and in the center of the middle horizontal fold, and in the top half of the vertical foldline. The person who restored the poster did slight restoration to those areas, but it is still slightly noticeable from a normal viewing distance, and more so on close inspection. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. While I would think many collectors could happily display this poster just as it is, it might make sense to have a restorer perform some additional touch up to the folds, without re-backing the poster. Note that at some point, the poster was roughly handled and there are now minor creases in the bottom of the left border of the excess linen, and in the upper right border of the excess linen, but it is not in the poster itself, and it would diminish greatly if the poster were put under weight, and it would not show at all if the poster was framed.
