An Original Vintage Comic Book (measures 10" x 13 3/4" [25 x 35 cm]) (Learn More) Famous 1st Edition, the comic book magazine that was first published in 1974. Each issue has an exact full-color recreation of a classic comic book (the first issue had an exact recreation of the original Action Comics No. 1, which marked the first appearance of Superman). It was published in a larger size than the original, and it has additional covers bound over the recreation that explain what was done. This has not stopped many, many people from removing the outer covers and then selling what remains as an "original 1938 Action Comics No. 1", or whichever comic was recreated within. We certainly hope anyone who buys this from us would never consider doing this! Important Added Info: Please note that we don't use a "comic guide" grading system, and OUR grading scale is completely different from standard comic book grading.
