An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) Target For Tonight, the 1941 Harry Watt English military RAF (Royal Air Force) World War II (WWII) military documentary ("Actually filmed under fire!"; "The RAF is its cast! The RAF filmed it!") about the planning and implementation of an RAF night raid on Germany in World War II. This was intended to increase support for the war on the Home Front in both the U.S. and the U.K., and Warner Bros. distributed the movie in both countries. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: good to very good. The poster had small paper loss at the bottom two crossfolds and creases and tears across the middle foldline and the right half of the bottom foldline with a lesser amount of wear on the other folds. There were pinholes in the corners and very tiny paper loss in the borders. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer linenbacked the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above, but they are really not very distracting (and any restorer could easily touch them up without re-backing the poster).
