Fear, the 1945 Alfred Zeisler medical doctor murder crime film noir (about a medical student who becomes involved in a murder, and a pretty girl helps him) starring Peter Cookson, Warren William, Anne Gwynne, James Cardwell, and Francis Pierlot. Note that the working title for this movie was "Suspense", but before it was released, another movie was given that title, so this movie's title was changed to "Fear".
