4 Original Vintage Theatrical 8x10 Stills (Learn More)

Valley of Fire, the 1951 John English singing cowboy western musical ("Gene's the man-hunting mayor of California's toughest boomtown!"; "Meet Hizzoner the Mayor of Quartz City - Mister Gene Autry!") starring Gene Autry ("World's Greatest Cowboy"), Champion ("World's Wonder Horse"), Gail Davis, Russell Hayden, Christine Larson, and Pat Buttram

Condition: very good. Note that these stills are slightly "bowed" (they don't lay completely flat). This is common with original vintage stills. The stills could be easily flattened out over time by storing them under weight. Each also has minor creases in the blank borders. Otherwise, these stills are overall in very good condition. Each of the stills have changed to a sepia color as is very common with vintage stills. Note that these stills have uneven borders and are stamped "Velox" on the back. This probably means that the stills are expensive second printing made at the time of the film's original release because the theater or the studio ran out of them and needed to make more quickly. These stills are at least as good quality as regular studio ones, and I am sure they are original as they came from a closed down theater!
