What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: poor. The poster had many stains, tears, and areas of paper loss scattered throughout. Overall, the poster was in poor condition prior to linenbacking. The person who did the restoration was clearly an amateur and they did not do a good job at all, and it has many, many defects, including a recreated bottom (1-3") that was recreated wrong.
