Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (measures 11" x 14") (Learn More) Beyond Price, the 1921 J. Searle Dawley silent romantic marital relationship melodrama ("Story and Scenario by Paul H. Sloane"; about a wife with a cheating husband who goes to great lengths to win him back) starring Pearl White (famous star of the most memorable silent serial, "The Perils of Pauline"), Vernon Steele, Nora Reed, Arthur Gordini, and Louis Haines. Note that Pearl White is of course the most famous female silent serial star, but after many injuries from her roles, she decided that she wanted to quit serials, and she turned to "serious acting", but she became addicted to painkillers, and she retired in 1924 and passed away in 1938, when she was just 49. Note that this is a "lost" film, which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
